In 2018, EU governments and institutions struck a historic agreement introducing what many hailed as the world’s most ambitious set of laws and targets to boost recycling and cut waste.
During this Regional Networking Roundtable we will focus on EPR and deposit schemes across municipalities and regions within Europe. The idea of the roundtable is to inform about initiatives and point out opportunities, create a community and provide an opportunity to discuss challenges and opportunities, therefore ample time will be available for discussion. All of this will be discussed in the light of the EU circular economy package.
This roundtable is an initiative of several European ISWA members, and is intended for a European audience.
